Aerial Yoga is a yoga practice that uses an aerial hammock like a prop to deepen your ground connection to the sky above. It can be a fun way to enliven your current yoga practice, as well as, providing benefits such as strength, length, decompressing the spine naturally with gravity, blood circulation, stress relief, increases trust and surrender, and is good for you posture.

Sarah can offer you expertise!

She is certified in Hatha Yoga and in AerialMukti Yoga since 2012. She has taught in a handful of studios nationally and internationally in cities such as NYC and Shanghai. Not to mention, she has a background in aerial for 25 years and in movement modalities for much longer. Her extensive aerial career has led her to meet many diverse groups of people which has enriched her teaching capabilities for being able to meet the individual needs for students and studios.

When fears are grounded, Dreams take flight!

LOVE!

“Without understanding, your love is not true love. You must look deeply in order to see and understand the needs, aspirations, and suffering of the one you love. We all need love. Love brings us joy and well-being. It is as natural as the air. We are loved by the air; we need fresh air to be happy and well. We are loved by trees. We need trees to be healthy. In order to be loved, we have to love, which means we have to understand. For our love to continue, we have to take the appropriate action or non-action to protect the air, the trees, and our beloved.”
