Mindfulness Meditation uses a longer period of breath work to find ways to be alert, aware, and relaxed. We use techniques designed to get into our parasympathetic nervous system, so that we become less reactive. We will find ways to create more space to just be where we are in the now.
Open Heart Meditation
Open Heart Meditation is an exploration designed to enter the parasympathetic nervous system through feeling rather than thinking, to cultivate more self love and more compassion for all beings.
